Daphne onderzoekt hoe je als organisatie effectief kunt communiceren met de doelgroep. De focus in haar onderzoeksprojecten ligt daarbij op online communicatie en doelgroepinzicht. Naast onderzoeker is Daphne docent bij de opleiding Communicatie.
